Mindful Meditation Intensive Mini-camp – Ages 5-8: August 26 – 30th



Our meditation intensive is perfect for students that want exclusive meditation practice. Great for both newcomers and those with mindful experience. Students will learn a specific way of paying attention to their health, body, thoughts, feelings, and the world around them. This way of paying attention is very powerful because when you can observe your thoughts and feelings, then you can choose what you say and how you act. And choosing your words and actions can improve your life! Children who have taken this course have found it has helped them with their friends, parents, brothers, sisters, schoolwork, sports, and other activities.
