Zen Forest morning: Completely outdoors, each morning is filled with mindfulness, yoga, art, free play, and outdoor exploration! Areas of focus: problem-solving skills through group play, mindfulness practice and vocabulary, yoga stretches, outdoor exploration, art as expression.
Meditation afternoon: Our meditation intensive is perfect for students that want exclusive meditation practice. Great for both newcomers and those with experience. Students will learn a specific way of paying attention to their health, body, thoughts, feelings, and the world around them.
Fine print: Morning & afternoon snack provided. Apply any topical treatments (sunscreen, bug spray, etc) prior to arrival. Please bring lunch and water bottle.
