Description
Zen Forest mini-camp is a continuation of our Outdoor Zen + Art classes. Each day is filled with mindfulness, yoga, art, free play, and outdoor exploration! We provide mindful education for the holistic child.
Areas of focus:
– problem-solving skills through group play
– mindfulness practice and vocabulary
– yoga stretches
– outdoor exploration
– art as expression
Hours: 9AM- 12:45PM Location: 107th St & CPW
This camp is completely outdoors. Lots of healthy snacks provided! Bring your own water bottle. Please be sure your child uses the restroom prior to the start of class. Facilities will be available during class if needed. Please apply any topical treatments (sunscreen, bug spray, etc) prior to arrival.
