Lead Teacher
Hi friends! I am happy to meet you! I love teaching and showing kiddos how to teach themselves. When you are able to discover something for yourself, it is the best feeling in the world! I have three children, ages 18, 13, and 11, and I have a natural gift for understanding children. I have been practicing mindfulness since I was 9 years old and have been teaching it for quite a while. Children that grow up mindfully are adults who are compassionate, creative and care deeply about creating community. I also love love love art, writing, and creating expressive works!

Ms. Chi Chi
Assistant Teacher
Hi! My name is Chiani Figueroa, also known as Ms. ChiChi. I am an assistant teacher at the wonderful daycare known as Three Lil Birds daycare. I’m a twenty-one-year-old Bronx Native and a senior at CUNY Baruch College where I’m studying Psychology. I’ll be graduating this spring and will soon be teaching elementary school students! I have a passion for caring for others, especially children, in a gentle and compassionate way that ensures one’s emotional needs are prioritized and met effectively. I intend to continue my education and combine the knowledge I’ve gained both through school and work experience to eventually become a therapist treating children and adolescents. I’m looking forward to providing quality care for your children!
