offering mindful education to ages 1.5 to 11. Invite us to your school or your next group meeting!
In an eight-week course, students learn how to pay attention to their health, body, thoughts, and feelings. When thoughts and feelings are observed, students can choose what they do or say. Children who have taken this course have found it has helped them with their friends, family, schoolwork, sports, and other activities.
PRIVATE IN-HOME SESSIONS:
Mindful families grow stronger with each session. Each member learns their role and impact on the family as a unit. Eight weeks is the recommended amount of time needed to improve home life and boost overall self-confidence of children involved in the practices. One-on-one in-home sessions are available to kids as well.
